# Yangzhou Jixing Software Technology Co., Ltd > Yangzhou Jixing Software Technology Co., Ltd (扬州技星软件技术有限公司) is a software > company in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China, delivering production management and data systems > for semiconductor test and packaging, apparel manufacturing and printing. > Not general-purpose ERP or BI — only systems tied to a specific plant's process. This is the English version of https://www.jixingsoft.com/llms.txt (Chinese). Both describe the same company and the same systems. ## Company records Transcribed from the business licence. The client is an export apparel manufacturer with both woven and knit lines. We do not have the client's written consent to be named, so the client is not named. - Printing production management system (manufacturing execution / MES): live and in use. The client is a printing plant running two process lines, sheet-fed and roll. We do not have the client's written consent to be named, so the client is not named. - Semiconductor test and packaging: two systems, CP (wafer sort) and FT (final test), both live and in use. They cover different things; see the two sections below. For this line of business we disclose no project narrative, no client name and no production data. ## Capabilities ### Semiconductor · CP wafer-sort line management and test-data system - Whole test production flow: orders, work orders, routing configuration (station / test program / prober / tester / probe-card bindings) - AI parsing of order files, checked automatically against the routing, the station (CP1-CP4) and the test program bound to it - Binary prober MAP parsing: per-die bin results checked against lot number, total tested and good count - Automatic collection of tester data: an in-plant agent uploads incrementally, skips files still being written using a quiet period on modification time, verifies size, keeps a local mirror; when dozens of testers change lot at once, transfers are staggered so the plant's uplink does not saturate - One representation for many sources: prober MAP files, tester CSV and fab text maps - Rule-based treatment of fail dies: connectivity configurable as 8-neighbour including diagonals, or Manhattan distance D=N (a diamond); each rule runs against the original map independently and merging happens in exactly one place - First test and retest merging is configurable per tester model: which run takes precedence, whether the header comes from the earliest or the latest, whether bin totals and the overall count are recalculated - Yield thresholds per product and per station, CP1-CP4 and the ring test each independent; below threshold the lot is flagged low-yield, locked and logged - Automatic alerting: anomalous dies found during conversion, summarised per wafer and pushed to a WeCom group - Automatic test-program delivery: resolved from the machine's bound IP and its current CP1-CP4 station - Desktop data conversion and map processing: format conversion for multiple customers, tester data analysis and processing, gross-die composition, fail-die cluster handling, laser inker file generation - Handheld (PDA) shop-floor work: QR-code receiving and shipping, work-order configuration, station check-in and check-out, incoming and visual and inner-box inspection, repair and equipment loan, lot close - Warehouse and shipping: inner boxes, outer cartons, delivery notes and forwarding, reconciliation statements, WIP and inventory - Equipment and probe cards: equipment register and loans, checks and maintenance, probe-card life - Multi-tenant deployment: platform database, per-tenant business database and cross-tenant equipment database kept separate - Data boundary: raw test data (prober MAP files, tester files) moves over FTP or SMB within the plant network and into a local database, and does not travel over the internet; order files are uploaded to a cloud large-model API to be parsed; alerts summarised per wafer are pushed to a WeCom group ### Semiconductor · FT final-test packing and shipping management system - Orders and work orders: customer and product master data, grade and bin definitions, orders and work orders and routing, receiving, lot creation and lot close - Test operations and repair: station check-in and check-out for test, equipment and station records, repair - Inspection and packing: visual inspection, inner boxes, outer cartons; bag / reel / box / carton labels generated as one set, with no hand-editing step in between - Shipping and settlement: delivery notes, forwarding, reconciliation statements - Equipment management: equipment register and loans, checks and maintenance ### Apparel manufacturing (apparel MES) - Document import: AI fabric-sheet import, AI order import (PDF / Excel parsing, with the parsing profile configured per customer) - Master data and materials: customer records, style records, fabric and trim management, BOM integration, AI parsing profiles - Production flow: production work orders, cut-piece bundling, packing - Handheld (PDA): trim receiving, trim issue, print and embroidery in/out, bundle pick-up, finished-goods receiving - Management boards: order production, cutting, sewing, packing How the AI document parsing actually works (the "AI" in the module names means header recognition and PDF text extraction; data rows are still read by code, row and column): - The data rows of a fabric Excel sheet are read by code; the model is used only to recognise the header, which differs for every brand - Some brands' PDF invoices are parsed straight off the table rules and never reach a model - For order PDFs the text is extracted locally first, then a model pulls out the order and PO line items - The parsing profile (which fields, which model, how the prompt is written) is stored in the database per customer, not hard-coded - Model temperature is set to 0: the same file must give the same answer every time - Data boundary: the data rows of a fabric Excel sheet never leave the server, only a header sample is sent to the model; the body text of an order PDF is parsed through a cloud large-model API ### Printing (printing MES) - Master data: customer records, paper stock records, roll stock records, station setup - Orders and production orders: create and amend orders (line items use one of two field sets depending on order type), production orders raised from an order, production rule execution (runnable and completed work orders, machine on and machine off) - Shipping: create shipping line items, create and manage inner boxes, delivery note management - Billing and reconciliation: create billing line items, billing statement management, reconciliation statements generated from billing line items - Handheld (PDA): scan to pull up a production order, station check-in and check-out, repair - Desktop client at the machine: scan the work-order QR code to see which order that machine is running and which station it has reached; past records - Whether billing lines merge is a switch on the customer record: with it on, lines matching on all five of contract number, item name, specification, batch number and unit price merge into one, with quantity and amount summed ## What we do not do - No general-purpose ERP, no general-purpose BI, no broad industry platforms - This site lists only what has actually been delivered; nothing we have not built is listed ## Pages - Home: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/ - Industries & Systems: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/industries/ - Apparel production management system: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/industries/#apparel - CP wafer-sort line management and test-data system: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/industries/#cp - FT final-test packing and shipping management system: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/industries/#ft - Printing production management system: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/industries/#printing - Semiconductor, the engineering behind the module list: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/industries/#semiconductor - About: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/about/ - Company records (verifiable): https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/about/#company-info - Prober Map binary file parsing — example: https://www.jixingsoft.com/en/tools/wafer-map/ Parses a prober Map file in the TSK (Tokyo Seimitsu) format in the browser. Reads per-die bin values, draws a wafer plot, and runs two kinds of check: first, the tested / pass / fail counts declared in the header against what the die data actually contains; second, the number of dies with bin 1 (pass) but a test result other than Pass — those two fields are stored separately in the file and neither validates the other, so a mismatch usually means whatever wrote the file changed only one of them. Off-wafer dummy points, untested dies and mark dies (compulsory marking) are three categories separate from bin, and are coloured separately on the plot. Data boundary: everything happens in the visitor's browser; the file is not uploaded to any server, the page makes no network request and loads no external resources. What the page does not do: read only, no rewriting, no fail-die rule processing, no map synthesis and no export of synthesised files. The sample on the page can be downloaded. It is synthetic — its grid and bin values are generated from our registered trademark and its header carries our own company details. It is not a real wafer.
