About

Yangzhou Jixing Software Technology Co., Ltd is a software company in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. We build production management and data systems for manufacturers, concentrated in three industries: semiconductor test and packaging, apparel manufacturing, and printing. What we deliver is not off-the-shelf software; it is a system built around one plant’s actual process.

What we do and what we do not

We do: production management systems tied to a specific process — materials and BOM, work orders, operation routing and handheld (PDA) shop-floor work, shipping and reconciliation, and the handling of test and inspection data. The value of such a system is entirely in the details; it has to be configured to the plant’s own rules, not fitted to a template.

We do not: general-purpose ERP, general-purpose BI, or broad industry platforms. Mature products already exist there; we have no advantage and do not intend to compete. Stating the boundary plainly saves both sides time.

Why these three industries

They were not chosen; they are what we ended up doing. Test data in semiconductor test and packaging, fabric and trim and cut-piece bundling in an apparel plant, work-order routing and reconciliation in a printing plant — three unrelated things with the same hard part: the rules live on the shop floor, not in the specification.

The method does not change: go to the site and work out the process, turn each plant’s differing rules into configuration, then stay until the system is genuinely in use.
