Prober Map binary file parsing — example
A worked example of “binary prober MAP parsing and validation” from the capability list. Pick a map file: per-die bins, the wafer plot, and whether the counts declared in the header match the die data — all computed in your own browser.
Format supportedProber map files in the TSK (Tokyo Seimitsu) format.
Data boundaryEverything happens in your browser. The file is not uploaded to any server; the page makes no network request and loads no external resources.
What this page does not doRead only, no rewriting: no fail-die rule processing, no map synthesis and no export of synthesised files.
The sample is synthetic: its grid and bin values are generated from our registered trademark, and the header carries our own company details. It is not a real wafer.
